A house for sale that was conceived in a difficult time, in the middle of the crisis. A complicated plot, both for the slope, as for the shape and even for the surroundings. This house is conceived at the same time as its neighbor, so it develops a functional and aesthetic element that allows us to get privacy in front of it. In fact, the project idea, aesthetics and form arise from this element that acquires a really relevant dimension and strength.
The result is a construction with a semi-circular shape, which tries to embrace and make understand the privileged views of the place, very suggestive, which seems to land on the ground relying on the aforementioned singular element.
In the interior it emphasizes its double height and the footbridge that crosses it looking at the sea.
If we manage to sell it, we do the victory dance, said the developer.
