pv21 house

Repeat the course.
This house is part of a development of two residences located in a dormitory town of Barcelona.
Both are located on a plot of land with a certain slope, which somehow forces to integrate into it, thus achieving a first adaptation to the place, where the Mediterranean scrub predominates, to be located in a protected mountain area, which also constitutes the main front view from the plots. This type of visual is repeated on one side, in contrast to the other, which is oriented towards the town and the sea as a background perspective.
This house, the closest to the sea, is located at a different level from the other, so that it is one floor below the other, allowing the latter to enjoy those sea views.
However, the other way of trying to mimic the environment is to allude to the aesthetics: we work with a series of curved and warped overhanging pieces, in clear reference to the course of an old river that is located right in front of the plots, next to the street that gives access to them. This street is precisely a real river of people who do not stop running, walking or cycling, which in turn seemed conducive to generate these pieces of great dynamism.
